Welcome to Noomo, a product owned and operated by Elaris Technologies Private Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”). By downloading, installing, or using Noomo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Eligibility

User Responsibilities
By using Noomo, you agree that you will:

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Be solely responsible for all activities under your account.
Not misuse the Services for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
Comply with applicable laws while using the Services.
App Features & Usage
Noomo provides communication, wellness, and other digital-support features.
Some features may require access to your camera, microphone, location, or contacts, which will be requested through app permissions.
We may update, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
Important Disclaimers
Non-Clinical & Non-Therapeutic Platform:
Noomo is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental-health treatment. The platform does not provide medical diagnosis, therapy, or clinical counselling. Content, chats, or sessions offered through Noomo are intended solely for emotional support, conversation, and general wellness.
Crisis & Emergency Situations:
We do not handle emergencies related to self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or severe depression. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact your nearest mental-health professional or government helpline such as KIRAN (Toll-Free 1800-599-0019) or other authorized crisis services.
No Professional–Patient Relationship:
Use of Noomo does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or counsellor-patient relationship between users and any individuals associated with the platform.
Illegal or Prohibited Activities:
You must not use Noomo for:
Sharing, transmitting, or promoting illegal, obscene, defamatory, or hateful content.
Harassment, exploitation, or threatening behavior.
Activities violating intellectual property, privacy, or data-protection laws.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform’s systems or databases.
Any such violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be reported to legal authorities where applicable.
Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features may be available only through paid subscriptions or talktime-based plans.
Payments are securely processed through verified third-party gateways; we do not store sensitive card or UPI details.
Subscriptions are billed as per the chosen plan and are non-refundable unless required by law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, or benefits with prior notice on the app or website.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All purchases, subscriptions, and talktime plans made through Noomo are strictly non-refundable.
Users may cancel subscriptions or auto-renewal at any time via app settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
If an unnecessary deduction or failed transaction occurs due to a verified technical glitch or payment gateway failure, please write to connect@noomo.app
with your Transaction ID.
After verification, a refund may be processed through the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, designs, and software in Noomo are the exclusive intellectual property of Elaris Technologies Private Limited.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of Noomo without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Noomo is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elaris Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
Violate these Terms.
Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.
Misuse app features or interfere with other users’ experience.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Noomo constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
