Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and services made through Noomo, a product owned and operated by Elaris Technologies Private Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By making a purchase or subscription on Noomo, you agree to this Policy. Please read it carefully before making any payment.

  1. General Rule – No Refunds

All purchases, talktime plans, and subscriptions made through Noomo are strictly non-refundable.

Once a payment is successfully processed, no cancellations, reversals, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service.

Partial usage of talktime minutes, sessions, or subscription duration.

Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions

  1. Exception – Verified Technical Deductions or Payment Failures

While Noomo follows a strict no-refund policy, we understand that technical issues may rarely occur.

A refund request will only be considered if:

You were charged more than once for the same transaction.

A payment was deducted from your account but the service or subscription was not activated due to a technical failure.

The issue was verified by our payment gateway or system logs as a Noomo-side technical fault.

and include valid payment proof (screenshot, UPI reference, or invoice).

Upon verification, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

  1. Cancellations

Users can cancel their subscriptions or auto-renewal at any time via app settings.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of a plan.

Once cancelled, users will continue to have access until the current cycle expires.

  1. Failed or Delayed Payments

If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days.

If reversal does not occur within that period, you may contact us with transaction details for escalation to our payment partner.

  1. Ineligible Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

The problem arises due to your device, internet connection, or third-party service issue.

You attempt to misuse refund requests or make false claims.

You voluntarily terminate or uninstall the application after payment.

You violate our Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines.

  1. Dispute Resolution
